The problem
What the customer faced
Persistent water ingress across two bedrooms after decades of patch repairs to a failing slate roof.

- New breathable membrane and treated battens
- Natural slate covering, laid to manufacturer specification
- New code 5 lead valleys and flashings
- Dry ridge and dry verge systems
- Full site clean and photographic handover
